FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent. You can also log into your STEFFEEISLE customer account, if you created one, to review your shipping details along with order information.

  • Reach out to us and contact@steffeeisle.com. We can only cancel orders not already processed for shipping.

  • If you find your shopping cart page missing, it’s often one of the following reasons:

    • An outdated browser

    • An unsupported browser (We require, Safari, Chrome Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Edge Legacy). Please keep in mind that beta versions of browser are unsupported.

    • A cache that needs clearing

    • Installed Browser extensions are interfering

    • JavaScript and cookies are disabled

    Often team members have found that once our site cookies are enabled, the cart page is available again with a page refresh. If you’ve any misgivings about use of cookies on our site, you can always change your cookies settings later, clear your browser history, and/or select specific settings to your comfort level. PLEASE NOTE: Some parts of our site cannot function without cookies enabled which may negatively affect your overall shopping experience and prevent your purchases from processing. For the most optimal experience, we recommend registering for an account with us to keep track of your orders and manage your cookies on a regular basis.

  • Please reach out and contact@steffeeisle.com within 15 days to verify your purchase and ensure your return complies with the guidelines laid out in our Return Policy. We’re happy to help!

  • Reach out via contact@steffeeisle.com as soon as possible. We don’t offer refunds or returns for orders purchased with wrong addresses, but we may be able to change your address early enough if your order hasn’t yet been processed.

  • We only ship to US residents for now, unfortunately, due to the nature of our production process. But we aim to expand in the future. Thanks for your interest in us!

  • We work with a print-on-demand (POD) service that helps bring our creations to you. This service supplies goods that are eco-friendly handled through constant checks on sustainable ink quality and prioritizes customer safety. While we understand the fashion world is not 100% problem free, by using such a service you help our small business avoid waste from overproduction. Creations are only made when you order.

  • Depending on our printer’s process, our products are made internationally with most being Made in the US. All our graphics, patterns, and IP work are created by us in the USA.

  • Indigenous, and Afro-Indigenous creators and organizations for the purpose of advocating representation of communities still struggling with visibility and finding platforms to use their voice. If you are one such creative and would like to team up, please feel free to reach out!
